We are delighted to invite you to the 2nd International Conference on Education and Artificial Intelligence (EDAI 2026), to be held on May 15-16, 2026, and organized by Pedagogical Faculty in Vranje, University of Niš, Serbia together with co-organizers: Faculty of Education – Bitola, University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, North Macedonia; Faculty of Educational Sciences, University “Goce Delčev”, Štip, North Macedonia, Faculty of Pedagogy, South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria and Faculty of Education in Bijeljina, University of East Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
About the Conference
The 2nd International Conference on Education and Artificial Intelligence (EDAI 2026) invites educators, researchers, policymakers, and technology practitioners to share insights, innovations, and critical perspectives on the integration of artificial intelligence in education.
Thematic framework for this conference issue is: Building Human–AI Partnerships for the Future of Learning.
As AI technologies continue to transform how we teach, learn, and manage educational systems, EDAI provides an interdisciplinary platform for exchange between academia, schools, industry, and public sectors.

Submission Guidelines
EDAI 2026 welcomes:
- Full research papers (empirical, theoretical, or methodological)
- Short papers (innovative projects, prototypes, or policy insights)
- Practice-based contributions (case studies, educational initiatives, or demonstrations)
All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review. Accepted papers will be presented either on-site or virtually, and published with assigned DOI in the conference proceedings. Selected papers may be invited for publication in partner journals or edited volumes.
