If you are unable to attend at the time scheduled for your presentation or would like to change the format of the presentation, please let us know by Monday, November 25 so that we can change the program accordingly in time.
Links for live audio-video transmission via the free ZOOM application, for online oral presentation and online poster presentation, will be sent to you soon.
Oral and online presenters should send us their presentations no later than November 20. Oral and online presenters will have 10 minutes to present their work and an additional 5 minutes for questions and answers. Questions about the presentations for online participants can be asked via chat during the session. The session moderator will ask questions from the participants after the presentation.
Presentation and poster presentation templates, as well as the Conference program, are available in the email attachment.
An important notice for all poster presentation participants is to send us their posters in PPt format or PowerPoint format no later than November 20 so that we can print and post them. The duration of the online poster session is 15 minutes. For each of the poster presentations, online participants will have 10 minutes to ask questions to the poster presentation authors via the meeting chat. Moderators will ask questions from participants during the poster session.
The book of conference abstracts is attached to the email.
We use the opportunity to remind all participants, who have not done so so far, to send their complete works by December 20 at the latest.
On this occasion, we remind all participants of the necessity of confirming the paid registration fee as a guarantee of participation in the Conference. First-signed authors, and PO members, do not pay the registration free. Thank you for the confirmations already sent. Below are the instructions related to payment.

Molimo Vas da se upoznate sa dodatnim informacijama u vezi Konferencije.
Ukoliko ne možete prisustvovati u zakazanom terminu za svoju prezentaciju ili želite da promenite format prezentacije, obavestite nas najkasnije do ponedeljka, 25. novembra, kako bismo blagovremeno mogli da prilagodimo program.
Linkovi za audio-video prenos uživo putem besplatne aplikacije ZOOM, za onlajn usmenu prezentaciju i onlajn poster prezentaciju, biće Vam poslati uskoro.
Usmeni i onlajn prezenteri treba da nam pošalju svoje prezentacije najkasnije do 20. novembra. Usmeni i onlajn prezenteri imaće 10 minuta za predstavljanje svog rada i dodatnih 5 minuta za pitanja i odgovore. Pitanja u vezi prezentacija za onlajn učesnike mogu se postavljati putem četa tokom sesije. Moderator sesije će postavljati pitanja učesnicima nakon prezentacije.
Šabloni za prezentaciju i poster prezentaciju, kao i program Konferencije, dostupni su u prilogu mejla.
Za sve učesnike poster prezentacije važno obaveštenje je da nam pošalju svoje postere u PPt formatu ili PowerPoint formatu najkasnije do 20. novembra kako bismo ih mogli odštampati i postaviti.
Trajanje onlajn poster sesije je 15 minuta. Za svaku od poster prezentacija, onlajn učesnici će imati 10 minuta za postavljanje pitanja autorima poster prezentacije putem četa u okviru sastanka. Moderatori će postavljati pitanja učesnicima tokom poster sesije.
Knjiga apstrakata konferencije je u prilogu mejla.
Koristimo priliku da podsetimo sve učesnike, koji to do sada nisu učinili, da svoje kompletne radove pošalju najkasnije do 20. decembra.
Ovom prilikom podsećamo sve učesnike na neophodnost potvrde plaćene kotizacije kao garancija učešća na Konferenciji. Prvopotpisani autori, a članovi PO, ne plaćaju kotizaciju. Zahvaljujemo već poslatim potvrdama. U nastavku su upustva vezana za plaćanje.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the First International Scientific Conference Education and Artificial Intelligence (EDAI 2024).
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 1st International Scientific Conference Education and Artificial Intelligence (EDAI 2024), organized by the Pedagogical Faculty in Vranje, in collaboration with regional partners.
The Conference will be held on November 29-30, 2024, at the Pedagogical Faculty in Vranje, University of Niš, Serbia. The Conference will be held both online and live. The official language of the conference will be English.
The deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2024.
Pedagogical faculty in Vranje is pleased to invite all researchers from various scientific fields to participate in this year’s scientific meeting.
Please note that the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to October 15, 2024. We look forward to welcoming you to the first international scientific conference of this type in Vranje.
